Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Free from stains, odours, or damage

  • Returned with original tags and packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale, clearance items, or promotional items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
